I am moving into a duplex-turned-into-apartments that was originally built in the early 1900s and just recently renovated. I will be the first tenant. The main door (to all 4 apartments) faces south & the door to my specific apartment faces SE. I am a north house person. How well is this apartment suited for me? And if it isn't what cures should I use to make it better, particularly for my career sector? thank you
