If wife belongs to contolling element

Recommended Posts

Dear cecil,
Dear cecil,
My friend belongs to wood element and somebody told him that he would marry a girl
belonging to metal element. He is really worried since he thinks his future wife will control him (dominate him) since she belongs to metal element and metal controls wood. Do you think he is right. Please clarify. Thanks.

Dear Anon,
Please also remember that for any element say Wood, there is a weak or a strong wood, similarly for a Metal there is a weak or strong metal.
Certain combinations can be extremely good say if:-
The Wood is a Strong wood, then the girlfriend is a Strong Metal or even a weak Metal, as it helps to control the overly strong wood. This does not mean that the guy will be controlled by the girl friend.
Also, there are many other factors involved in this type of relationship, the person's characertistics. I mean if a the guy tends to be indecisive etc, while the girl friend is more decisive or more dominant, then it is likely that the girlfriend would be in more control.
In addition, just like Kean has mentioned, how the relationship goes has also depending on the guys 4 pillars in relation to the house of Conception (or also called house of spouse).
There is a condition that if the elements in the House of Spouse is the controlling element of the Birth element, it is likely that he is controlled by the wife.
So there are several factors around.
Anyway hope that helps.
Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
