Which room is best as the living room/dining area?

Dear Master Lee,

I am renting a flat in Basel, Switzerland as I am moving there for a new job.

Here is the floorplan of the planned rental apartment as per the PDF file (I am occupying the apartment that is highlighted in pink)

The door is facing the NE directiion (45?) as measured by a compass (from inside looking outside), which is my GOOD direction, as calculated by your software, as part of the paid service.

My question is which room I can designate my living room and dining room, since the rooms are about the same in size and shape.
