Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 11, 2018 Staff Share Posted January 11, 2018 WaterBank at Dakota These ground floor units have high bushes and plants to shield it for the constant vehicle movements “towards it” when these vehicles exit the development Imagine the frontage of your unit looks like this:- Poor bright Hall effect : due to always dim and dark = poor Feng Shui Luck This car needs to turn past the ground floor PES: Here the vehicle needs to take a 90 degrees turn to the right in order to avoid ploughing into the ground floor units:- While other Units facing the canal and pool have better luck:-
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 11, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted January 11, 2018 A leaf from traditional bridge. Where it is never a straight path.. The idea is that ghosts have difficulty negotiating the 90 degree turns, here.
Eugene Koh
Hi Master Lee, How do you take the building facing direction for this project? There seems to be multiple facings.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 6, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted May 6, 2020 1. In my opinion, if one wants to take readings of just that specific stack, then the best way to make sense of such layouts is to first visualise the mass. Often try to see such mass in terms of a rectangle. 2. For example, For #09, I drawn a pink (rectangular) boundary. For #08 a yellow one. For #10 another pink rectangle. 3. Usually it is "standing" at A looking out towards B for #8 and #9 3.1. For some other developments if the "tilted" balcony with it's sliding panels are a long stretch, then this is a possibility. But for this development, Water Bank, I would use Para 1 above. 4. For stack #10, usually it is standing inside marking A looking out towards B. 4.1. I have not looked into this #10 layout. Sometimes, it could be standing inside marking A looking out towards C. But usually, if the kitchen /WCand yard is on this "C" side and or the amount of openings at C is a longer stretch, then maybe C. 5. Okay, if the Feng Shui Master is a pure conservative, then they will consider the front door. And nothing but the front door matters. In Singapore, there are still some hardcore diehards of this. If so, I am not interested in "them".
