I noticed for such chart, the reverse may be a better solution where you should follow the follow by creating the initation of the missing elements.Such as say in this case say you are a Strong Water. In such "unique" cases, it is sometimes better to continue to strengthen Water, while having Wood, to initiate the creation of Wood, which in turn creates Fire, and in turn create Earth etc.But without looking at your chart I cannot comment any further.
