Staff Robert Lee Posted October 17, 2000 Staff Share Posted October 17, 2000 Personal Self - [PFS-POD] True Element ReportDescriptionThis report accurately determines your True Feng Shui Birth Element. It uses the Pillars of Destiny (Ba Zi Feng Shui) to determine the element from your year, month, day & hour of birth. This is far more accurate than taking the Feng Shui element from the year of birth (either Heavenly Stem or Earthly Branch), or element from your Gua (Kua) Number etc.UsesThis is a very important component in Feng Shui Analysis. Everything in Feng Shui is often explained in Five Element concept. Knowing your true element (eg. weak wood, or strong wood), will allow you to determine if a period, time is good for you or not. What is needed?Name, Gender, Date of Birth & Hour or Birth (if available) for each of the person to be analysed.Where to generate report?URL: http://myfengshui.geomancy.netAfter you login, select Personal Self under the red menu located on the right under the List of Free/Paid Reports.Select the Birth Element / True Element Report.Quick URL to access report?URL: http://online.geomancy.net/public/code/html-all-login?p=html-fs-list&t=-personal-freeURL: http://online.geomancy.net/public/code/html-all-login?p=html-fs-list&t=-personal-paidSample of generated report?URL: http://www.geomancy.net/example/personal/self/chart_true_element.htmURL: http://www.geomancy.net/example/personal/self/chart_true_element_detail.htmThe Free version will lack the analysis to determine if you are weak or strong. The free report will assume that you are weak element (eg. weak wood).(c) Geomancy.Net Online Resources
Staff Robert Lee Posted October 19, 2000 Staff Share Posted October 19, 2000 Theory on Five Element..........................................................................................Production Cycle: =================Metal -> Water -> Wood -> Fire -> Earth => Metal produce Water=> Water produce Wood=> Wood produce Fire=> Fire produce Earth=> Earth produce Metal(the cycle goes on).............................................Destruction Cycle:==================Metal -> Wood -> Earth -> Water -> Fire=> Metal destroy Wood=> Wood destroy Earth=> Earth destroy Water=> Water destroy Fire=> Fire destroy Metal(the cycle goes on).............................................By default all elements are considered weak elements. Meaning the default Five Element cycle is based on the fact that all the five elements are weak elements.eg. Production Cycle: weak Metal -> weak Water -> weak Wood -> weak Fire -> weak Earth.............................................True Element report determines from your Pillars of Destiny whether what element you are.You can only be of one of the ten elements:-- weak Metal- weak Water- weak Wood- weak Fire- weak Earth- strong Metal- strong Water- strong Wood- strong Fire- strong Earth.............................................This is a very important theory that you need to understand for you to apply Feng Shui to your life..............................................Why is Five Element so important?Five Element and the Yin & Yang Principles are the key fundamental theories of Feng Shui. Nothing can be considered Feng Shui if it does not based on the Five Element or Yin & Yang principles. It can be found in the follows:-- Shapes & Forms : Shapes of building (eg flat roof = earth)- Colours : (eg. Red = fire)- Career / Object : (eg. Computer = metal)- Eight House : Eight Trigram element- Flying Star : Nine Stars (eg. 2 = earth)- Pillars of Destiny : Heaven Stem & Earthly Branch- Chinese Astrology : Earthly Branch- I-Ching : 64 TrigramSimilarly Yin & Yang is the general version of Five Element. Often it is the mixture of the Yin & Yang and Five Element concepts that can create many forms of interaction and analysis..............................................Thus, it is essential to determine if you are weak or strong element (eg. weak wood / strong wood)..............................................Why can't we use weak element only?Try to picture the following:-weak wood -> eg. thin tree branchstrong wood -> eg. thick tree trunkweak metal -> eg. a knifestrong metal -> eg. an axe[weak metal vs weak wood]Take a knife and try to cut a thin tree branch. It will take some time but eventually the knife will be able to cut through the tree branch into two.[weak metal vs strong wood]Take a knife and try to chop down a thick tree trunk. The knife will be able to do some slight scratches to the tree trunk, however, to be able to chop the tree trunk into two, it will take an extremely long time.[strong metal vs weak wood]Take an axe and chop the thin tree branch into two. If sufficient strength is used, the branch will probably break into two in less then two chops depending on the strength use.[strong metal vs strong wood]Take an axe and chop the thick tree branch into two. It will take a much longer time to chop the thick tree branch. However, after several hours, the tree branch would be broken into two..............................................So as you can see from the above which I have tried to relate the Five Element to the real life examples. You can tell that it is extremely important to know whether your element is weak or strong..............................................So this report does exactly what it says. Provide you with the knowledge whether your element is a weak or strong element (eg. weak wood / strong wood)..............................................Hope that you find this explanation useful.............................................(c) Geomancy.Net Online Resources
