Staff Robert Lee Posted December 6, 2001 Staff Share Posted December 6, 2001 Dear Users,We are pleased to announce that we have launched our Geomancy Live Chat system to provide one-to-one chating software that will allow users to chat with us whenever we are available.This is very similiar to the the previous chat system (Human Click) which we used, however, that system is always affected by the bandwidth of their website, so many a times it was slow and difficult for us to provide the necessary support. However, this new system is loaded from our Geomancy.Net web server, so it is more available. In addition, our help desk is also setup with the necessary bandwidth and 24 hour connection, so it allows us to enable this system for longer period of time without interruptions.We will be enabling out chat system so long as our support staff is available. (Usually, we will enable it at around 9am - 5pm +0800 GMT timezone). However, we will be enabling it so long as we are free.This way, you can always find an easy and immediate response to your support needs.This icon can be found on all the new web pages under the Site Navigation (located at the left). Or under the My Adviser & My Feng Shui at the top right hand corner.
