user283850
Dear cecil and robert,Recently, I read in the magazine that afamous developer tore down a building in front of his developing complex to turn it into a public park. I understand the logic behind it that it was done to create a brighthall. But he also installed a huge metalglobe (steel) at the traffic junction. What is the logic behind it. Can you please explain. Sorry, without the details, it is pretty difficult to guess why he installed a huge metal globe at the traffic junction. There are many reasons for it, some on Feng Shui and others too. However, as we don't not know much about it, we cannot really comment on it.Warmest RegardsRobert Lee
Administrator
Hi,I like to add a few words on this subject:-1. As most users here are aware, the tearing down of a building complex toturn it into a public park is a very Feng Shui move. If you can recall, thefront of the house or office building should be " flat " ie. under the FourSymbolic Animal concept, the front is the `phoenix' which signifies it fliesfreely in open space.Similiarly, the Bright Hall is also called another term i.e. Ming Tang.Traditional practise, you will find a pool (not stagnant water) in front ofthe building. It is usually semi circular i.e. radiating away from thebuilding. This is why sometimes, if you have a poision arrow aimed at your mainentrance, I advise some of the users to lay a circular carpet on their frontdoor radiating outwards. This is the same concept as above. Alternatively,if the front door is elevated, you can use semi-circular steps. All these are considered `neutral' or Feng Shui friendly or environmentallyfriendly or " White " Feng Shui. " Black " or offensive Feng Shui uses theBa Gua mirror above the door. The most offensive is to use a cannon e.g.same as those olden cannons on the ships to deflect outwards.I have mentioned sometime back that in Singapore, two neighbour's doors arewithin 1 meter facing each other. I was doing an Audit then and I noticedthat one neighbour used the Bagua Mirror and I believe, the other neighbourused another reflective mirror to deflect the `sha'. As you can see, it isnot equally good for both house holds.Like magic or sorcery (oops Feng Shui is not any of these!)..... We canadd abit of language in this Forum by calling Environmentally Friendly FengShui -- White Feng Shui and Offensive Feng Shui -- Black Feng Shui:)I believe, the metal huge globe is to slow down the `disruptive sha' at thejunction. Please remember that under the Shapes and Form School of FengShui, modern watercourses have been replaced by roads which is the equalventof water element in modern times.Warmest Regards,Cecil-----Original Message-----From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed>Date: Wednesday, July 07, 1999 11:43 AMSubject: Bright Hall Quote From: "Robert Lee" This message is sent from "free-advice" Mailing List.Hi,Please read below:- Quote On 7/7/99 2:50:02 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear cecil and robert,Recently, I read in themagazine that afamous developer tore down abuilding in front of hisdeveloping complex to turn itinto a public park.
