But the basement is really cluttered filled with broken appliances and metal and broken doors. Does it affect the feng shui of the entire building or if you cant see it it does not matter. ThanksActually, it is understandable that the storeroom (which could be your basement in this case) is clutter. Anyway, you are not really going to see it or are the objects going to in the way or anything. So generally it is ok. Under the shapes and forms theory, if you cannot see it is not a problem.
