Good pillar of destiny report

If all the 5 elements are present in the
destiny report is it considered good chart.
What about the chart with 2 or 3 elements
missing. Does that mean it is a poor chart.

Generally, you have at 5 elements you are considered a well-balance person as opposed to one with missing or too much of a certain element.
Normally, if a person as too many missing or too much of a certain element, you tend to find that the person is bound to face some kind of challenge in his life. Eg, if too much of a certain element could result in the person being sick if he is staying in his unfavourable elements. Or some may find that they are always lacking in something.
However, that does not mean that the chart is good or not. Whether a person's chart is good or not depends on his luck pillars.
