Countering effect of inauspicious seating postion

Hi,
I have a Kua number of 8, but unfortunately my desk at work is in such a position that I can only face South East, South or south-west. Is there any way for me to counteract the ill effect of such a position ? As I'm new to this department, I can't insist on a new seating position.
Please advise.

Dear James,
1. Always in situation where you cannot alter or change your eath luck, then you have to follow the holy trinity concept, where you try to increase as much of your other Heaven or Human Luck as opposed to your Earth Luck.
2. This means that you can at least ensure that you are always having your favourable elements as defined in the ba zi and try to improve your heaven luck.
3. Or at least improve your Human Luck, where you need to keep a positive work attitue, good work ethics, being confident etc. So as to make sure that you remain a valuable asset to your company.
