fufu_88_99
Dear robert and cecil,I read in the book that the best place to putall big pieces of ceramic was NE and SW and for small pieces the W and NW but when I checked my flying star some of this has a 2 or 5 star. So I needed to know which is the best place to put the ceramics stuff sincemy mother is a pottery designer so you can guess I have lot of it. Thanks. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 7, 1999 Staff Share Posted August 7, 1999 Hi,The element of pottery is Earth because it is made of `earth' or originate from the earth.Yes NE and SW are considered the Earth element. Therefore, some books ask that one place pieces of pottery at these locations. However, one can say that this is a " novice " method of looking at placement of objects in the home. Most authors will usually ask one to place water at the North or Wood at the East. Looking at it, I believe, this is very basic Feng Shui that should not be applied if you are using advanced theories especially the Flying Star. You should like what you have mentioned, look at using the Flying Star rather than such a very general theory. With a " 5 " you should thus try to avoid increasing it with more `earth element.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 7/31/99 6:03:37 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear robert and cecil,I read in the book that thebest place to putall big pieces of ceramic wasNE and SW and for small piecesthe W and NW but when Ichecked my flying star some ofthis has a 2 or 5 star.
