Clashes for the new millennium

Dear robert and cecil,
Can you please describe briefly what kind of year 2000 will be. Like there is clash in the 1999 with wood and earth and hence increase in the natural disaster. Since too much negative stuff is being said about 2000. Will
Y2 bug affect the world from astrological point of view. Not from the human prospective. Since chinese astrology is able to predict the exact rise and fall of events.
So what type of events will be taking place.

Maybe when we have a little more time we will do it. But for now we are pretty tied up with several task at hand.
