Dear Pei Yi,

Generally, in a big luck analysis, it is only a general summary of whether a person's luck is with or not with him. Of course, it is ideal that luck is with you during the different 10-years in your life.

For some very luck people, luck is always on his side, meaning that for a large bulk of ten-year period, big luck is always travelling in the same direction that favour your birth element. But for some, luck isn't on his/her side. This means that a person will have to work even harder to succeed. This is why we say ba zi, can only tell you what kind of given luck a person have at birth.

However, luck is always changing. Even if 10-year luck isn't that good, there will always be some 5-year/year/6-month/month/day which will be good within that year. That is why there will always be ups and downs for everyone. Some year have better luck some bad luck etc. Even the environment will always be changing so luck may or may not follow the given luck.

Regardless, of what kind of luck you have at different time. It is always good to always have as much favourable elements in your career, life, house so that it helps to offset and improve a luck for the individual. As long as everyone knows what favours and unfvourables them, then you can know how best you can improve your overall luck to reduce any major impacts.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
