Need advise on selling 2 properties

I have been trying to sell 2 out of state properties. will either sell in the next 30 or so days? Or any advice on how to sell them?

You should understand that Feng Shui by no means a miracle cure for all problems. In terms of selling property, probably some of these practical points will help you more:-

1. Ensuring the place you are selling looks clean. Or give it a fresh coat of paint to make it look new.

2. Make use of the strengths of a building to sell it (ie located near like public transport - trains, convienent location, near schools etc).

3. Get a good property agent who has lots of contacts can improve the sales.

Otherwise, in terms of feng shui, you can only look at auspicious dates, or if the house has good Feng Shui advantage let the clients know. It can help influence his decisions.
