Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 26, 1999 Staff Share Posted August 26, 1999 Dear Linh,Thanks for the lastest drawing. I now have a better picture of what you mean.1. As a general guideline, one has to avoid `posion arrows'.If you notice the inverted tray, check for any sharp corners. These sharp corners at the bottom of the `tray' seems to me like pointing downwards. Hopefully, it is pointed towards any part of the bed.2. If the corners are rounded, this is acceptable and thus not considered a poision arrow. Yes, if possible this `tray' ceiling arrangement should be avoided if you can.3. The sides of the `tray' is symbolic of ceiling beams and it is best to sit below this area as it is also considered as having negative qi.Warmest Regards,Cecil4. The sloping sides of the `tray' ceiling is not auspicious particularly for those who are below it e.g. above a working table or the bed.5. The height of the ceiling is also another consideration. The higher the ceiling the better it is.Overall, the above are the points to take note when placing furniture with a `tray' ceiling.
