How does one define your gender in ba zi if you have undergone a sex change operation and live completelyas the opposite sex?

Is your destiny decided from birth? Or from the actions in life as such?

Frankly, in the past when feng shui was created, there is no such gender change operations. So really, there isn't going to be a confirmed answer to this question. Please read my recent reply on a similiar question asked:-

Frankly, there is not going to be a prefect answer because:-

On one hand, you gender is generic from birth. So your luck is based on when you are born. However, on the other hand, when a person does undergo a sex change, his overall luck will also change because that person will be treated differently. So using the gender after sex change may also be correct.

So it really depends on how you assess the situation.
