This is why I can confirm that the change of period is real. As I had lived through the change from Period 7 to 8. Thus most significant are 2021, 2022 and 2023. Especially 2022 and 2023

Yes, unfortunately, #7 = Robbery star is unlikely under all Periods 1 to 6, 8 to 9. 

#7 is only lucky under the Period 7 Feng Shui.

Hi Master, we have been living in the current flat for 8 years. We believe the water tank is just above our bedroom (we are at the top floor) and from our balcony, we can see a 45 degree sharp angle from the opposite block. So far, we did not encounter major issues (touchwood). Does this mean that we are not impacted by the water tank and 'poison arrows'?

But once passed Year 2025, luck climbed up to 43%:-

But if the house is totally unsuitable, then the total score may be 39 marks or a D score.

What happens if a unit's Feng Shui is good but very unsuitable [ Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom ]  to the main breadwinner?

Don't ever expect an A, B or C Grade for this house!
