Hi Cecil What a great idea - come to Oz...and of course, commence in Perth FIRST ! At least for those in the Northern Hemisphere, Masters Raymond Lo and Joseph Yu visit regularly the various capital cities. They also call to the eastern side of Oz, rarely in Perth. You will be well received.... web site looks sensational....well done to you and Robert. Cheers Glyn

Hi Bless I have experimented with my son age 14. When he does his homework, he uses the dining table and faces west (his good direction). I place a small pagoda on the right hand side of him and according to him, when the pagoda is there it is easy to concentrate on his work. When I do not place the pagoda there, Simon says he finds it harder and gets distracted. Whether this is psychological or not is another matter. The flying stars in this area happen to be 9 and 3 which are good for education and romance. He does very well at school but is now developing a great interest in the young girls so we'll see about the "romance" side. I will move him if the "romance " takes over from his studies.

For Anonymous - glad to hear things are on the up for you. And, Joe. I too have read some great FS mags, but like you said, everything is so generalised, it is frightening. I dont believe you would get anywhere talking with them and explaining your point of view because that would be a threat to them. Heaven forbid if their circulation dropped off. Last week on one of our radio talk back shows a guest was one of the "top" FS consultants here in Perth. People rang in to ask questions etc. and would you believe she could not give them any advice as her "book" was in her car !!!!!! And, this woman is highly regarded over here. I could have done the show far better than her. Makes one wonder...... I'd love Cecil and Robert to visit here and run a weekend workshop. Raymond Lo is here this weekend. AU$550 per session. Cheers Glyn

Hi Cecil What is your opinion on using crystals eg. amethyst or citrine where the facing star #8 is found to enhance the wealth. Cheers Glyn

Hi fellow forum users Well, I'd like to share just two of the many changes that have happened in my "orbit". 1. The family business has been doing well, but I wanted to see it do better. So I looked at the Flying Star chart done for the office and noted that I had hung a solid six rod windchime in the appropriate sector. On Cecil's advice I changed it to six hollow rods, turnover has increased by 40%, profits are up and four new people have been added to the payroll to help with the volume of work. 2. My daughter works in the family business. She is a weak wood. Is always feeling tired at work, even though she sleeps well and is in good health. After pondering over this matter and being in a metal oriented business, and as we all know, metal destroys wood, she has placed a bowl of water on her desk (in an attractive crystal bowl with rose petals floating on top - pleasing to the eye) This was done Tuesday. Wednesday p.m. onwards, she is as bright as a button now at work AND her concentration span is back to normal and is no longer forgetting to do things. (Thank goodness !!) My clients report changes in their lives also, so there is much to be said for Feng Shui. My husband calls me a witch, joking of course, but does not make any changes without consulting me first. Would love to hear other forum members and their experiences - either positive or negative. Cheers Glyn

Hi fellow forum members Robert thought it a good idea if I share with you the chart I did on Mr Gates. He has a good brain, a serious thinker, head always rules therefore lacks sensitivity and emotion. Determined, confident, ambitious, stubborn, persistent, argumentative. Will get involved in much litigation. Will achieve his goals even if he treads on peoples toes along the way. Interestingly, his chart indicates that he will do well financially but certainly not to the extent he has already done so. Maybe one day he may lose it all!! Cheers Glyn

Cecil/ Robert Consider this scenario. Three friends decide to go on a holiday together. Each one has a different auspicious luck direction for the period. Their holiday destination is say, west from the point of origin. West is not a good direction for two of them. West is auspicious for only one of them. Does this imply that two will have a lousy holiday and perhaps encounter disaster and one will have a good time ? Lets go further. In the event of a plane crash the one travelling in his/her auspicious direction will survive ? I'd be interested in your comments on the above. Thanks Glyn

Hi Anon Maybe no one can accurately predict the time of death. I for one certainly would not want to know what day I was going to die. Yuk ! Have you ever noticed though, AFTER a death charts are then rolled out showing that this astrologer or that astrologer knew when so & so would die ? On another FS mailing list, JFK Jnr is a hot topic. The Master has done a Zi Wei chart on JFK Jnr and said that this year would be a dangerous one for him. "...he may encounter an accident like a bird suddenly has its wings broken in high sky...." DOB details for those who are interested 12.22a.m. 25 November 1960. Washington DC. The real beauty I personally find about FS is that I am AWARE of what might be and adjust my elements accordingly. And, lets let JFK Jnr rest in peace. An absolute tragedy. Best wishes Glyn

Cecil You state that "if the floor area of the site is 5000 metres, the area occupied by water e.g. pool or pond must not exceed 50% of the floor area of the site" Is this less than 50% after the house is built on the site ? Most houses here take up over 50% of the block, the balance going to garden, or garden and pool. Thanks Glyn

Hi Cecil and Robert I see in the Pillars of Destiny Report, among the deities is Emotional Intelligence and Intelligence. Whilst I know what Intelligence is, what do you interpret Emotional Intelligence to be. Is it being aware of other peoples mind games, emotional blackmail etc. Many thanks Glyn

I have read with interest the various questions sent to the forum recently regarding Windchimes, Coins, Eight Life Aspirations etc. etc. and would like to tell my story. In 1997 I became interested in FS and started reading whatever books I could get on the subject. I then followed what was said, wind chime here, coins there, plant here, water there and the list went on. To say my family experienced many problems is putting it mildly. I urge fellow forum members to take heed of the advice Cecil and Robert give you in relation to "Fast Food Feng Shui" as believe me, disaster WILL strike. Glyn

Hi Cecil This advice regarding bunk beds was given to me by a Feng Shui practitioner over here. As this person is consulted by our Chamber of Commerce and many other corporations I assumed the advice would hold some authenticity. I guess one has to be very very careful who one listens to regarding general FS advice. Cheers Glyn

Hi Shelley Bunk beds are not considered the ideal way for people to sleep. Subconsciously, the person at the top feels they will fall and the one at the bottom feels threatened by the top bunk - like sleeping under a beam which is not good. A restful sleep will not be gained. No doubt Cecil or Robert will clarify this for you. Glyn

I agree totally with your comments. Cecil and Robert give up so much of their valuable time free of charge to help us all. I hope that one day soon they will make the SHORT trip down here to Perth and in some small way I can repay them for their kindness to me. My partners business was lurching towards bankruptcy some 10 months ago, but on following their advices, he now has a booming business in what is a very cut throat industry. We owe them much. Glyn

I read with interest Robert your cure of the coins. Here in Perth it is not possible to get chinese coins with the hole in the centre in order to put the red ribbon through. What do you suggest as an alternative ? Regards Glyn

Hi Cecil I notice that many Feng Shui "Masters" like to do a study of a chart/s AFTER an event e.g. the deaths of John Lennon, Princess Diana, the sinking of the Titanic etc. Now, I believe Donald Trump is a follower of FS and he and Steve Wynn are in a battle to see who will reign supreme in the Casino world in Atlantic City. Could not one of these "Masters" look into their respective charts and give us the news BEFORE the event. Or, maybe I am being too cynical !!!! Cheers Glyn

Cecil and Robert A case study for you to comment on please. A Flying Star Chart was done on a business premises. Owner(Mr A) had very good business acumen.Worked very hard and smart.Main door in one of his auspicious directions. His personal chart did not suggest anything untoward.A year ago went into Voluntary Liquidation. Administrator sought tenders for business. New owner (Mr B) in same premises in same industry, with same Flying Stars.Main door in his disaster sector.Like Mr A, very good business acumen and hard working. Am not privy to his personal chart. Business is booming. NOTHING has been moved in the set up of the office. Can you shed any light on this for me. Why did one fail and one so far succeed under the same set of Flying Stars. Mr A has now opened an Art Gallery and doing very well indeed. FS chart here nothing special or startling. Cheers Glyn

Joanne Books are considered like "knives" in Feng Shui. The ones in your storage room are not a problem, but I would remove those from beside your bed or cover them at night. As for the ones in the hallway, perhaps you could put some small pot plants with trailing branches among the shelves to soften the sharpness or a couple in a pot on the ground to somewhat "hide" the shelves. Cecil can no doubt give you more info. However, the former is what I have done in my study. Best wishes Glyn

Hi there Chris Whilst it is not my position to promote Cecil's books, let me say that I have all 3 of them. Over the past two plus years, I have accumulated approx 18 books on FS. Some good, some rubbish. Cecil's books are easy to understand, reasonably priced and his 101 Feng Shui Tips and Fixes is like my "Bible". As a consultant, I refer to it constantly to make sure my clients are getting the correct results. I do take your point though that it is good to browse through books before you buy, a pastime I love to do. However, I have enough faith in Cecil to know that he would produce something of top quality. Cheers Glyn

Hi Cassandra Before going any further, I must ask, have you done a Pillars of Destiny Chart (there is a free one on this site) to find out your element ? If not may I suggest you do as if the colors chosen are not complimentary to your element you could have all sorts of problems. IMHO orange seems very strong for a bedroom. Too yang. Needs to be more yin otherwise sleep may be restless. Under the Eight House Directions is your bedroom in one of your auspicious sectors ? Best wishes Glyn

Roll on the end of June. The course sounds fantastic. Thanks guys. Glyn

Cecil and Robert I hope that once you have sought legal advice and are permitted to do so, name the person who has committed this offence. I for one, shall then be careful not to purchase books from this author. Plagiarism is not tolerated and I hope you will follow this matter to its ultimate conclusion. Glyn.

Hi Cecil The main door of our house is in my death sector. It is my father's prosperity sector with good flying star numbers. Is it ok for me to use this door or should I come and go through the back door which faces north, and is also bad ? Am I protected by my father ? Thanks Simon
-
Hi Cecil Would you please explain what the "Deadly five yellows" are which I believe are in the south this year. I also read that during the eighth lunar month it is doubly bad. Is this a general comment. Would not the Flying Stars of this sector in each individual house have to be taken into account before one can say, hang a 5 rod metal wind chime in the south or have a water feature in the south ? In my particular case I have pot plants and a water feature. Perhaps other forum members may also be interested in your expert explanation. Many thanks Glyn
