Like or Love this Productivity Feature Also lightens the guard's workload as well for a large development like this one Good that residents can sent an invite via WhatsApp and email with an invitation date and duration. The invite contains a PIN code to be allowed into this condo thru Whatsapp and Email... [However owner needs to input your HP number and Email address] The slight disadvantage is for those driving into the development. But can nevertheless show the invitation to the guards. Another development The Garden Residences also has an invite system for their guests… Many others e.g. Whistler's Grand keeps a record ... once you provide a name and HP number, the previous unit number is flagged out to the guards... This is the most common system in use today other than the paper entries... For Whistler's Grand.. during the early days of T.O.P. the guard will even print out a visiting chit. No more today. LOL

Just T.O.P. In the past, condominium developments are considered Apolitical. Meaning = having no interest in political affairs. Unlike HDB estates. However, today things have changed or becomes hazy. And some Management Committees have even invited their MP for residents gatherings. LOL

Source & Credit: The cantonese name this street 死人街 ( Sei Yarn Kai ) for a reason.. the ground floors are for funeral wakes while the 2nd + 3rd floors are to house those terminal-ill folks,awaiting their time.. 2nd floors r oso those shops that make or sell paper dolls n funeral rituals essentials. For your reference ...
