Given all these circumstances if one has smart ideas of wanting to camp out at say: East Coast Park or West Coast Park or Punggol Park or Sembawang Park or any other Park would be met with free meals and stay at famous places like Changi (Prison) Hotel! But for some who have the luxury of continuing staying with parents, I am sure, they will not forcefully chase their child + family during this "vulnerable" period.
