Case Study 22: How should a King Sized Bed be placed in this Master Bedroom? 1. Shapes and Forms: Posion arrow at red marking "A" - if the red arrow is aimed towards the bed. 1.1. Otherwse, the bed placed at blue marking "B" is fine or okay. 2. For many male Singapore citizens who had served in the SAF; position B is said to be at an advantages - as it has a commanding view of the bedroom door. 3. In addition, it is furthest away from the entrance to the toilet. 4. Bed is in owner's good sector = longevity. Another plus factor. 4. [Below] Although bed-head direction as shown by blue marking "C", however, bed sector is at his inauspicious sector = Disaster sector. 4.1. If given a choice, I would prefer that the bed is within a good sector = Longevity under Option 1 = better. 5. But bed is just next to the Toilet Entrance. 6. Overall, this layout is in my opinon not as good as under Option 1. 7. In conclusion, recommendation is Option 1 as 1st choice.

This is Volume 2 of 2 Case Study 21: "Watch Your Back" = Bed-head should not share the same wall as a stove, oven or microwave. Legend: A = Bed-head must not share same wall as a stove, oven or microwave. But can share same wall as a fridge or a pantry cabinet. B = Simply, stove must not face sink. Note: the sink is on a separate area of the kitchen. C = Altar is sharing the same wall as the bedroom wall. Avoid placing the bed-head or bed next to this wall. Okay if the altar shares the same wall as a wardrope, here. D = Wealth Luck wasted in the bedroom. Do a search for the Concept of Maximising Marks or the 12 Habits of Feng Shui for ways to improve the Feng Shui. E = The area highlight in Yellow is actually considered as a protrusion.

Why is there a need for a new Volume? 1. Have placed a limit to each Volume, 2. Thus each volume will contain approximately around 20 Case Studies. 3. This is because each Case Study contains at least one graphic file. 4. To avoid long or slow loading of these pages. 5. This is Volume 2:-- Volume 2 of 2: Selected Cases with real life examples of Ba Zi Feng Shui + Eight House + Flying Stars + Shapes & Forms + Water Classics + lots more concepts. Case Study 20: Kitchen partially within the fringe of Fire @ Heaven's gate and making sure that the stove or oven or microwave ovens are out of this area Legend: A = Green zone. Within Fire @ Heaven's gate but fortunately falls within the main entrance door and open space / foyer area X = Cardinal point of NW. A terrible spot if ever the stove can be found, here. Fortuately.. okay if it the fridge. B = Yellow zone falls partially within the kitchen.- Buying a second-hand landed property

Case Study 19: Optimal Bed-head direction based on Qi Flow (under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui) 1. Eight House concept of who sleeps where? 1.1. Master Bedroom windows are between the living room and master bedroom. 1.2. Under the Eigh House concept, qi flows from the windows area into the master bedroom. And Since NE sector favours MR = Prosperity. Best that he sleeps closer to the windows: shielding Mrs. Thus Mrs = Death sleeps closer to the bedroom door. 1.3. Some don't like to sleep where the bed-head can be seen from the Master Bedroom door. But later, we will see that it is preferred that the bed-head be at this area of the master bedroom vs at East sector. 2. Why is it better for Master bed-head is placed against the NE wall? 2.1. The assumption here is that one does not turn on air-con 24/7. If so, with an air-con, one can virtually sleep at any corner of the master bedroom. As air-circulation is good anywhere with an air-con. 2.2. Normally, many would be expected to sleep often with windows opened. 2.3. If so, natural air would flow in or out of the bedroom as shown. While the area highlighted in RED are areas of stagnant qi / dead qi.- HDB Parc Residences @ Tengah BTO launch in August 2020 + Pool View (Virtual Water) Really?

Case Study 18: Option 1 is preferred vs Option 2 where when sleeping the "legs" can face the bedroom door = Coffin Position 1. In a landed home. 2. When a family dies and brought home for the last time, the head goes into the hallway or living room. 3. When it is time for the funeral, the deceased legs go out of the door first. 3.1. This is how the term "Coffin position" is derived. 4. Locally, many private ambulance attendants, know this thus when someone is really sick, the person is carried out in this way. 4.1. This is also based on common sense. Why? 4.2. Sometimes there are obstacles when bringing out a person on a stretcher. And thus the person's head and body (heaviest) side is protected... 1. Option 1 is the preferred choice. 2. [Below:} Option 2 - Legs face bedroom door is considered inauspicious Related: A better understanding of the taboo of : "legs face door". Case Study 17: Avoid Stove facing a Toilet door 1. This layout design is popular with Singapore Housing Development Board (HDB) in the Period 7 era [Between 1983 to 2003 period]. 2. If the stove is facing the toilet door, it would then have to face a sink. 2.1. Here, sink TAP (water element) vs stove (fire element) = a clash. Thus to be avoided 3. [Below] It would be worse-off if the WC faces the toilet door. As this is based on Common sense. 3.1. Here, if the WC lid (down) at the closed position; flushing the WC would mean that water gushes into the WC confined area and forced out of it. 3.2. Leaving the WC lid open is just as bad. As the micro droplets from the WC "shoots" upwards instead of horizontally. 3.3. If one really has a toilet seat that faces the toilet door; frankly, it is better to have the toilet seat lid "open" all the time instead of this closed, position.- Master Cecil Lee’s 7 Simple Kitchen Feng Shui Stove Placement Guidelines (Friendly, Practical Tips)
Here’s a condensed summary of the main points from the article on Friendly Kitchen Feng Shui Guidelines by Master Cecil Lee: 🔑 Seven Commandments of Stove PlacementKeep stove shielded from strong wind (avoid big window behind). Do not place stove next to sink; leave a gap if unavoidable. Stove should not face main door, toilet door, bedroom door, or kitchen door. Avoid placing stove under beams or drainage pipes. Do not position stove in a corner. Stove should not share a wall with a bed-head. Stove should not share a wall with toilet bowl or sink. 🌿 Kitchen Harmony PrinciplesKitchen represents wealth and health; balance of water (yin) and fire (yang) is crucial. Metal (utensils, fridge) acts as a bridge between water and fire. Comfortable, clutter-free surroundings encourage good chi flow. A well-lit, ventilated kitchen where the cook can see the doorway is ideal. Stocked refrigerator symbolizes prosperity. 🚫 Placement WarningsAvoid stove in the North (water element clashes with fire). Avoid stove in the Northwest (Heaven’s Gate), linked to the father/head of household. Fridge and sink should not be directly beside or opposite the stove, especially if fridge has water/ice dispenser. 🛠 Remedies & Case StudiesMirrors, re-orientation, or renovation may help correct imbalances. Example: stove facing toilet door creates water-fire clash; better to keep toilet lid open in such layouts. Stove opposite sink is common in HDB flats; generally manageable if other Feng Shui safeguards are in place. Dishwasher pipes should not run directly beneath stove. Opaque film or partitions can block harmful sightlines (e.g., stove visible from main door). 🧭 Practical AdviceEnsure enough workspace and storage to reduce clutter. Airflow prevents heat/vapors spreading through the house. Safety: cook should be aware of family members entering to avoid accidents. Kitchen floor higher than living room is more a practical hygiene issue than Feng Shui. In essence, the article emphasizes stove placement as the heart of kitchen Feng Shui, balancing elements, ensuring safety, and maintaining harmony for health and prosperity. Case Study: Avoid Stove facing a Toilet door 1. The layout design was favored by the Singapore Housing Development Board (HDB) during Period 7. 2. If the stove is placed facing the toilet door, it will end up facing the sink. 2.1. In this situation, care should be taken to avoid a clash between the sink tap (water element) and the stove (fire element). 3. It is even less ideal if the toilet bowl directly faces the toilet door, as this is generally considered common sense. 3.1. If the toilet seat is closed, flushing will cause water to flow into the enclosed area and then be pushed out. 3.2. Keeping the WC lid open is also problematic, as tiny droplets from the toilet can be propelled upward instead of spreading out horizontally. 3.3. If the toilet seat directly faces the toilet door, it is actually better to leave the lid open at all times rather than keeping it closed in that position.- Covid-19 : Stay Safe Everyone! Take Care!
