Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 26, 2009 Staff Share Posted April 26, 2009 1. In (very general) terms, the facade or high floors of the units or stacks: 17, 18, 19, 20, 23 & 24 is underFlying Star NE 3 (or NE 2). Is suppose to have good qi - family and wealth luck under Period 8 (other than to balance out the health issues) Will have morning sun. Best to avoid low floors especially for units 20, 23 and 24, as the roof of the club house's roofis symbolic of a sickle or knife slicing towards most likely units #02 or #03 - inauspicious shapes and forms. 2. Units or stacks 15, 16, 21, 22 and 25 should be SW3 (or SW2) facing. Suppose to have good qi under Period 8. Only "bad" thing is that it is bathed by the afternoon sun - often, the living room, master and one of the bedrooms sandwiched between living and master will be soaked in the afternoon sun. And if the facade has lots of bricks or cement material, it will literally soak in the heat. 3. Usually units or stacks 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13 and 14 should generally be North 2 facing. And often the kitchen or yard is "wasted" at the back of the apartment. And generally, such homes have so-so luck only. 4. Units or stacks 11 or 12 can be considered as a SW facing. Again, favourable flying star qi - except for the afternoon sun! 5. Stacks 07 and 08 in general could be South 3 facing direction. If so, would be an excellent choice especially for East Group persons. If it is a S3 facing, it will have a double auspicious #8s at the frontage and may also be possible to tap on the very auspicious SW water wealth location. This will still have the afternoon sun at an angle - no choice got to live with it.
myfs_139046
Hi Cecil,Thank you for your reply!Btw, what are about stack 26? Will it be ok for West group pple in general. Both me and hubby are West group.Thank you!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 27, 2009 Staff Share Posted April 27, 2009 1. Stack 26 should be South 2 facing.Overall, should be favourable for East Group. But to take note of the direction of the canal flow. Low floors must be careful of termites - especially if the condo does not properly do "termite" protection after 3 or 4 years later after TOP.2. For west group, just check whether what is the Eight House influence facing south: if it is the breadwinner's death or disaster facing... this is considered as "one wealth leak". Please note this is a General Advice forum. Please don't take advantage of the forum by asking more micro-micro questions which is too specific to be of interests to many users. Hi I am really keen on the low floors of block 24 which you advised against. If I do decide to get it, is there any way to counteract against the inauspicious shape of the club house's roof? Please advise. Thanks.

Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 26, 2023 Staff Share Posted July 26, 2023 Feng Shui suffers a bad reputation, today. Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. Many Feng Shui Masters and their shops are FAKES! On Saturday, 14 March 2020, a WhatsApp from a past client P.S. Frankly, I was just being extremely polite. Actually if one got the hint, as the British always say just throw the "bloody" thing away!
