Quote From: "Ng Chris" This message is sent from "feng-shui-tips" Mailing List.hi there,I have actually few questions here:1. I have been reading a lot of feng shui for quite some time. Theconfusion is that every book talk differently using various methods. Myquestions is that is that a simple step-to-step illustration for applyingfeng shui? Well, the only step by step way of applying feng shui will have to depend onwhat Feng Shui problem you are trying to cure. For example:-a. If you want to find out the what is your destiny, true birth element, etcthen you can apply the Pillars of Destiny / Eight Characters principle,Pillars of Names, Palmistry, Face Reading, I-Ching etc.b. If you want to see if a building or a sharp roof is affecting you thenyou have you apply the Shape and Form school Theories.c. If you want to determine if your house is good or bad, whether you are inyour good direction etc, then theories such as Flying Star, Eight House andeven Zi wei Do Shu (Astrological Stars). There are several others, but I think you get my point. Every theory has aspecific purpose and when you know what you are trying to cure, all you needto do is to apply the appropriate theories. For your following problem, Cecil will get back to you for each of yourproblem.Warmest RegardsRobert Lee Quote 2. Administrator
Dear Chris, Quote 2. My friend is living in a 3-room flat, with the 2 room doors facing oneanother. Beside using curtains, is there any way to stop the "fang mensha"as there is space restriction? To clarify, what rooms are these? Are these 2 rooms the bedrooms? The onlyother way at present is to close the door when not in use. Quote 3. My friend's flat main door is facing a rood lamp, what I describe as"chuan xin sa", his another feng shui friend has recommended to place asmall "luo pan" at the main door, will that help? Will there be any otherissues generated? Yes, if the main door is facing a road lamp, it is best to place a Pakuaabove the main entrance door. The following are other alternatives:-1. Placing a semi circle carpet outside the door. Best to have a diagram ofa sun's rays or spokes radiating from the centre of the carpet.2. If your friend's house is a private apartment, one can replace the doorwith a convex door. A convex door is to dispell sha ch'i.3. If there are steps leading to the home, one can use semi-circle steps.4. Tilt the main entrance door to a direction favourable to your friend. As your friend is already using a Pakua, he need not use any of the abovealternatives. Quote 4. As I'm not reach to engage a "feng SHui" shi, and the fact the my mum'shealth is not so good, when can I find goo feng shui shi who do not chargealot? Usually, the price for a Feng Shui audit in Singapore (Qualified FS) startsaround $488 for say a 3 room HDB flat. This amount is reasonable consideringthe `expert' advice that one get.Kong Xi Fa Chai! HAPPY NEW YEAR!Cecil Lee -->
