Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 10, 2009 Staff Share Posted July 10, 2009 Is a new development by City Developments Ltd. It is located off Pasir Ris Drive 1 & within walking distance to the Pasir Ris MRT Station. Located just off Pasir Ris Drive 1, Livia is within walking distance to the Pasir Ris MRT Station and highly accessible via the TPE, PIE and EXP. This development takes advantage of the Flying Star Period 8: with many units (see attachment) highlighted in Yellow which have their blocks (stacks) either facing NE1 or SW1. Under the current Period 8 (2004 to 2023); units that are facing NE1 or SW1 are considered to have one of the best qi (especially for those who are west group persons). Many of these blocks are well-positioned with the NE1 and SW1 alignment. And unlike many other developments which are often clustered together, Livia does create a sense of space and have a good flow of qi within it's estate. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 18, 2019 Author Staff Share Posted August 18, 2019 Till this day, I can still clearly remember my first encounter of dry (partition) walls no, not at offices but at Livia condo. Even the master bedroom walls are envelop with partition walls.... I thought this was just happening in many parts of American homes... Till this day ... my association of CDL = Dry walls... Just like my association of FAR EAST? SOHO units.. LOL

Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 20 Author Staff Share Posted February 20 AS WE ENTER PERIOD 9 FLYING STAR FENG SHUI FROM 2024 TILL 2043 WHICH UNITS ARE LUCKY? Part 1: How is the luck of the Interior Feng Shui of this unit? Part 2: External Feng Shui luck? Part 3: How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom? PART 1 = 35% Depends on the Internal Layout & Sectors - How Lucky? There are only four facing directions for this development: Majority NE1 or SW1. While Blocks 71 & 73 are either N2 or S2 frontage. +++ Good, Better, Best! S1 = Luckier under Period 9. +++ The Rest! N1 = Less lucky under Period 9. As formerly double #8's at it's frontage at South +++ NE1 = Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan. +++ SW1 = Stacks #03, #04, #07, #08, #11, #12, #15, #16, #29, #30, #33, #34, #37, #38, #43 & #44 HEALTH CONCERNS SW1 = Take extra care of health issues from 2024 onwards. * BEST TO CURE IT * ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ But also need to review/consider the individual Internal Layout Plan & this is just part of the many considerations in a home purchase. However the above does not take into consideration things like: Kitchen/Stove at Inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate or Poison arrow aimed towards the unit, proximity to common bin etc.. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ ++++ PART 2 = 35% Location, location, location? Sha Qi? Poison Arrow? Watch Your Front, Sides & Back! POOR SCORE? THESE ARE SOME CONCERNS: Sha Qi or Poison arrow(s) from Sharp Corner(s) 天斩煞 (tiān zhǎn shà) = Tian Zhan Sha etc... +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ ++++ PART 3 = 30% How Suitable to breadwinner? Please note that has yet to take into consideration: 1. How suitable is the unit to the main breadwinner & 2. External Shapes and Forms of the unit TOTAL SCORE = 35 + 35 + 30 = 100% Get Expert Help: ++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++ How do you Feng Shui your home? Use your front door? Who are the Conservatives & the Modernist? Applies to Homes that previously T.O.P. between Years 2004 to 2023...
