House which was beyond fixable by the feng shui

Dear Anon,
One good example is at http://www.geomancy.net/fs/grandpa1.htm
This type of house has to eventually be pulled down i.e. demolished and rebuilt.
Usually, the senario is like this:
1. The breadwinner will die shortly after it is constructed.
2. Other family members will have a hard time `keeping' it although the next breadwinner will not die but will have lots of difficulty.
3. If this second breadwinner (usually the inheritants) does not sell the house, it will be `forced' sell e.g. bankrupt or near bankrupt. Near bankrupt if he sells early and avoids this.
4. If the house is sold to another party, this party will have financial problems and will eventually have to sell the house.
Once sold, the house has to be demolised and rebuilt.
5. There are also some houses that are not `fit' for human living. I shall not go into this maybe in the future. As most houses we are living in does not come under such situations.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Dear cecil,
Have you ever across a house
which was beyond
repairable from the feng shui
point of view.
If so can you please tell us
about it? Thanks.
