My comments are as follows:-

1.1 You asked "Is it good place to live?"

1.2 Frankly, just attach a layout plan and without even considering the external shapes and forms: External enviornment; Site and building; together; how can one give such an opinion?

1.3. Any opinion can only be given on based on GENERAL information of roughly the layout plan - that's all.

1.4. For example, the Compass School of Feng Shui also needs to be taken into consideration.

1.5. It starts from even as "lowly" subject as how the drainage from this property will drain out of the home to a common neighbourhood drain. And even the number of steps etc... And the compass directions .....

2. In general, please see attachment:-

2.1 Please refer to RED Marking "A". The partition, in the picture is considered inauspicious in the Shapes and Forms Feng Shui as it slices the living room into two halves or "split".

2.2 Refer to Marking "B" : The passage to the Master toilet is one narrow walkway. It would be even worse as it is equally non-elderly friendly.

2.3 Refer to Marking "Cs" : Cannot imagine a home with "three living room areas or sectors " all over the place.

2.4 Refer to Marking "D": It is a plus point that the main door is not direct path with the sliding door - good layout.

2.5 Refer to Marking "E": the master bedroom could have been more "rectangular instead of the toilet "cutting" into it...

These are some general observations.
