Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 16, 2010 Staff Share Posted January 16, 2010 Frankly, it is strongly recommended to do all these things before 14 February 2010 - start of Chinese Lunar New Year.Especially at North. Since it is only replacing the heating unit and not extensive renovations or changing the heat pipes; this should be OK or can be done on or after 14 Feb 2010.Reference:-2010 Flying Star ForecastNorth942186537SouthTake note the following sectors:-Sickness Star this year is at North-East Misfortune/Sickness Star this year is at South-West Disputes/Quarrel Star this year is at South Education/Romance Star this year is at North Grand Duke this year is East-North-East, 60 Degree. - Avoid sitting facing the grand duke or disturbing him by having renovations.Location in Conflict is North. - Avoid having renovations done opposite the location in conflict
myfs_122972
Thankyou. Quote If I cannot avoidhaving windows changed inthe North location is theresomething I can do to avertdamage? (I'm not sure I canget this work done byFebruary14th.)The wall in theSouthWest will also havesome sheetrock replaced, along with the heatingunit. The South is affectedby this work as well- I seethat is also a bad idea? I amgetting apprehensive, as Idon't know how to avoidthese fixes for a wholeyear.Painting is alsoscheduled for all three areas,And in the NorthWest, too. myfs_122972
We've arranged to have thewindows done beforeFebruary 14th, and thepainting, too- barely! I'veread dozens of back postshere, trying to learn andmake sense of itall.Question: is paint color amatter more of personalchoice, or is it very affectingto the energies of the home?At this point I'm about topaint everything white just tobeneutral!div>Also, if we have topaint in the South after Feb.14th, is this ok or truly badfor us? Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 23, 2010 Staff Share Posted January 23, 2010 1. Some bright or primary colors if used at the wrong location may affect certain situations:-For example under the Flying star concept: Bright Yellow & or Bright Red@ location(s) especially those with #5 and/or #2 and/or #9 etc... can affect health - ranging from constant health issues to some needing operations.Bright Green and or Bright Blue @ location(s) with #3 and/or combined with WS#1 can affect relationships / marriage / family issues / lawsuits. While using Bright Blue in the kitchen can affect a woman's health and family wealth and if it also falls at Mountain Star MS#8 - will drown such luck.2. Above are just some of the examples, I can quickly think of.3. The most critical areas for 2010 are: Five Yellow at South-WestGrand Duke at East-North-East, 60 DegreesAnd the Three Killings at North.4. If you can do painting at South before Feb 14th, that is best, but if you can't at least; although it is #3 sector; the consolation is that it is not at the above three MAJOR concern areas. myfs_122972
Mr.Lee,thank you so much for thissimple (to you), invaluable (tome!) paintingadvice.iv>I am a huge fan ofyour approach to Feng Shuiand take to heart your maximto "first, stop theleak."v>We live in a South 1facing period 7 home, andafter February of 2004 thingsbegan to go, with a fewexceptions, less well. We livein the Rocky Mountain westregion of the United States, where finding a consultationwas difficult, but we did findone Eastern-trainedpractioner/geomancer, andhis advice to us waswelcome, if a bit renovation-heavy. I am so grateful to youfor advice, as the details ofthis house sprucing-up havebeen left tous.Stacy
