It's plume of flowerscomes in two vibrant colours: Rich Chilli Red and Sweet (Sunflower) Yellow colour. It belongs to the Amaranthaceae family of plants and it is commonly called : Plume Celosia. Again; during Chinese New Year; the Chinese like auspicious red and yellow comes as bright as the season of spring. As Chinese New Year is also known as the Festival of Spring - celebration.
