myfs_140197
Hi Master Lee,Need some advise on evaluating the external fengshui of Mirage Towers at kim seng road.Bearing in mind that it's best to avoid buying a property with water behind the house while the best place is in front of the house, is this determined by the facing of Mirage tower or the apartment itself? If you refer to the map link below, it appears that the Singapore river meaders alongs the property, so I'm confused if this is a good or bad element. Lastly, isthe externalenvironment surrounding this property ideal? Please advise. Thank you.View : http://www.streetdirectory.com/asia_travel/travel/travel_id_5775/travel_site_23297/
Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 27, 2010 Staff Share Posted April 27, 2010 These are some of the considerations:- 1. Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui specifically the Water Classics; 2. The trait of an auspicious site close to a river is that the site should be "enclosed" much like enclosed by circular claws as shown under "Favourable". http://www.geomancy.net/resources/art/art-wclassic.htm 3. While the site where Mirage Towers can roughly be categorised as shown in the attachment - based on water classics considered not as favourable especially for homes. 4. The Tribeca By the Waterfront is the least affected as it is never along the Singapore River as it is bordering Mirage Towers plot / Jiak Kim Street and empty land. 5. Yes, you should be very cautious when selecting any specific unit at this development particularly those "next to/ or beside the Singapore River. 6. At another development Block 95Rivergate bordering Robertson Quay and River Valley Close also should "watch out" as this is even more in line with the unfavourable senario as found under the water classics. Fortunately Block 97 of this same development has a water feature or buffer between it and the Singapore River. 7. For those intending to purchase a unit in Mirage Towers or Rivergate, should try to get expert advice before committing to the purchase. As "fortunes can wane widely between different units in this development".
