planning to buy a resale house

Master Cecil,
I read few books and online articles about FengShui and made some modifications to my current house. The reason i went to Feng Shui is my son was born with sever food allergies, my family was under depression for almost 3 years. Fortunately he has out grown some food contents.
However,My house is facing West and house construction was finished by 2005 April and i identified that the center of the house is Bathroom.
My DOB is Feb-18-1978, (south West)
Husband Oct -28-1973 (South)
Son Dec-09-2006 (South)
to be born is due on march 19th 2011 (West)
Based on your site calculators and suggestions i tried to do what ever i can. Now i am pregnant with 2nd child and i am afraid i might go through the same situation again.
following are the changes i made to my current home:

• Center bathroom : painted Red and decorated very beautifully.
• Bought Wu lu and attached to the headboards.
• Bought 'Fu Dogs' 30'' tall (stone/cement) and placed out side my main entrance door(west facing house).
• main door facing back door - so i placed a pot in between and a furniture to sit.
• I hanged a metal wind chime to the main door.
• water fountain to the SE corner
• Water fountain NW corner
• 3 legged frog with a coin in his mouth facing inside the house next to the main door.

We have decided to sell this house and go to a new house, due to the above issues and my son has no friends in the current location.what do you suggest?
Do you suggest me to sell this house and go to some other house ?
with the help of your site i calculated that my husband 'Bread Winner' house direction must be facing 'South', so i right have an oppurtunity to buy a house with south facing.
Please Please suggest me
I would like to send you plan and make a good decision.

We have to be equally logical about it. The rationale is because, there is no other alternative home to compare with.
If the new home turns out well; then it is good. But, what happens if the new (be it new or resale) home has "equal" or worst issues than this?
Thus, as it is; this is no other comparison between your existing home vs some other home(s).
