MTR pillar facing back of stall(store space),

Dear Robert/Cecil;
We are planning to rent a stall(store space), the stall available is located in the front part of the building, visible from the street, but the entrance is inside. The building is facing South, so the stall's entrance is facing North. The building's facade is glass, so when we look out from the stall, it is directly facing a big pillar in the median of the busy street that supports an overhead MRT track. Also the front of the stall is facing an escalator, although the entrance of the stall is not.
Is it ok?
The landlord, who claims to be knowledgeable in FengShui, tells us that it is no concern since it is the stall's backside that is facing the massive pillar. He even suggested that we put a coin sword to counter the pillar if we are in doubt.
please help.
thank you

Yeah, from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, what you roughly mentioned; seems not auspicious.
The best "test" is to check the history... who had previously rented the same "spot"? If possible, do more checking and/or speak to some of the neighours (tenants) of the building... to get some more information.
Sometimes, it is amazing what we find.. e.g. the unit perhaps has higher turnover than say other units next to or nearby or within the building....
Good Luck in your venture!
