Government's answer to condominiums: City View

I believe this is the government's first ever (Housing Development Board - a government statutory board's) foray into "condo development".
This "condo" type of development has a total of three tower blocks and many do really have city views.
Tower type of blocks or "point-blocks" are again a very forgiving structures. As each tower block allows air or qi to circulate in and around the entire blocks thus often; it does not sufferas much from "still" or less vibrant qi.
If you take a close look at the photo image: city view5.jpg; when one steps into this development; one can see a very pleasant retro classy black and white checker-board style flooring.
When we step closer to each of the blocks; it has the usual condo like card access cum intercom for added secruity.
Best of all, when one steps into a unit; one could hardly be blamed for not feeling that this is but another condominium unit... And the most striking is a lovely patio balcony that can shame most of the current condominiums! Many condo units in other developments don't even have a planter or balcony; least of all such a large one... that even a full dining table fits nicely into it. And yes, some units that have a longish balcony; had two ceiling fans installed. Just imagine the size of this asset! (However, it is a waste some lower units don't have this....)
One thing for sure; in a high floor e.g. 40th the views are breath-taking..
A few minutes walk to the North-East MRT line (Boon Keng Station).
And yeah! The flat's not CHEAP!
