How many legs should dining tables have?

1. Under Commonsense Feng Shui and even Symbolism in Feng Shui; any dining table should preferably have even number of legs e.g. 4 legs.
2. It is best to avoid buying any dining table with odd number of legs e.g. 1 or 3 legs.
3. In addition; all dining chairs or stools should be even in number. (Exception of baby chairs).

This white chair found in a certain coffee shop chain in Singapore is highly unstable.
Often, I would see people either sit and nearly flip over at the sides of the chair.
The major flaw is that the two side wings is elongated and if one is not careful, one can tip over much like a see-saw...

What about one legged tables?

This depends on the centre-of-gravity of the table.

For example, if one leans hard on one side of the table; can the table "topple" down?
