Or if you have a study and could change or swop the study to this room.3. To minimize any issues; some prevention; try to avoid warm white lights in the bedroom and if possible avoid yellow curtains or bedsheets.4. However, some ask: If I can't use bright yellow, then how? 4.1 So long as e.g. the bedsheet has all the primary colours: GREEN, BLUE (or BLACK), RED and YELLOW; 4.2 then if all these elements are present then just avoid the ceiling lights or lights within that bedroom in "warm white". 4.3 Thus use cool day lights in that room.The above is just an illustration ...
