Yes, you are right to point out that the poison arrow (concrete beam edge) in my opinion exerts around 1 metre range of sha qi or poison arrows.
I only gave a quick glance of the layout plan;
1. Standing at the main door when looking into the kitchen, should not have a glimpse of sharp objects like knifes or scissors.. as based on Shapes and Forms, this is considered inauspicious.
1.1. While based on commonsense, it is rare but if someone were to run into the home, sees the knives; grap one and go threaten the family members... (More on commonsense, here).
2. In the event that the dining table can be seen thru the corridor of the main door area and orbedroom 3, then if the dining table faces e.g. bedroom 3's door; and there are sharp object(s) such as a knife or scissors; then symbolically, it could mean health or accidents e.g. cuts ..
I think there are more....

Hi,Below is the layout of my
new home. May I know if
I need to be concerned on the
corner in the master bedroom
that is facing my bed (I've
marked in red circle).
Is there anything else that I
should look out for?
