myfs_150799
Please, could you tell me what element are careers in massages, shiatsu and chinese medicine? I assume that the first two belong to the water element though healing related but chinese medicine could be water/wood because it uses herbs. Am I right? Thank you very much. Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 2, 2011 Staff Share Posted September 2, 2011 What you mentioned sounds logical. However, since many herbs comes or derive there nourishment from the soil (earth); some may associate it with earth.Overall, a tradition Chinese practitioner often can be associated with the wood element.Again, there is no absolute right or wrong answers. myfs_150799
It makes sense. Feng shui for example can be seen as belonging to the earth element but on the other hand it deals with that I imagine more like the water element because of its flow.
