Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 13, 2011 Staff Share Posted October 13, 2011 One of the traditional pastimes of Singaporeans is the rearing, display and meets to bring these birds together...However, rearing birds in a cage often does not go down well with many Chinese. As many felt that birds should be let off and not caged up.

Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 30, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted July 30, 2018 These RC roofs above windows are common in the 1960’s to the 1970’s. As one can see, they are a magnet for birds. In this case pigeons. Other species also relax on these ledges and defecate. Today, with the bird flu concern... hmmm Location: Shop houses along East Coast Road opposite the Holy Catholic Church.
