In this development: Punggol Sapphire, Punggol Field Road, there are units where standing at the main door; one could see the shared or common bin.This common bin is where all the tenants in the same floor bring their litter to be thrown into this common bin.Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, and symbolism; most people don't like to open their main door directly seeing the common bin.
