Just TOP.Perhaps, this condo was named after the top-level "wavy" looking balconies?If given the choice, I would prefer to live in a unit where the upper unit's balcony curve outwards!If the balcony curve inwards, I know, when it is a wet, wet, high winds and rainy day; the rainfall would literally pour into "my unit"...
