myfs_152274
Hi Master Cecil,A very Happy New Year to you.I am a newbie to Feng Shui and is only searching for some articles around my issue of late. I found an interesting article from your website:http://www.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27973&s=2 This forum is talking about lamppost in front of the house and how to use Feng Shui to neutralize the ?sha qi?. The advice was to place a convex mirror at the front door of the house. My issue is that I bought a new house recently and only noticed that there is a lamppost in front of my house. The lamppost is not directly ?slicing? through the main wood door (sightly on the right, if i am facing my house from outside), but it is ?slicing? through the sliding door at the front (which is at the center, if i am facing my house from outside). The forum?s solution was to have a convex mirror placed above the mainfront door to reflect the ?sha qi? from the lamppost.Question: since the lamppost is tall and is about 2 storey high, should I place the convex mirror for each level ? above the doors for respective floors that faces the lamppost? i.e. my house is a 3 storey terrace house, so I need to have 3 convex mirrors or just 1 should be sufficient? My house is also facing the gaps between 2 houses ? i.e. just opposite my house aretwo end-lots terrace and joint together, hence creating an ?alley?(from the side garden of the two end-lots). This 'alley' is all the way until the following street behind. Any Feng Shui advice on this matter? I shall furnish more images of this issue later on.Hope you can help me with some Feng Shui tips and ways to neutralize these negative Feng Shui signs. Many thanks in advance. myfs_152274
Hi Master Cecil,In my updated post here, i hereby attached the images on the lamppost that i have mentioned earlier, and how it is directly facing my front sliding door.Next would be the gap that my house is currently facing, which is formed by the side-garden of two end-lots joint together.Hope you can give me some advise (if not the same) as per your earlier feedback. Thanks Master Cecil, really appreciate your help. I might want to sell off the house as an alternative. Quote On 12/29/2011 4:40:52 PM, Anonymous wrote:1. Frans
Hello Master Cecil, I have a very large electric pole in front of my house facing the other side of the road. Any advices? Have been experiencing bad luck (accidents at home, money loss, arguments, health problems) since moving to new house. It is a 3 storey high house. Electric poles can be seen outside of living room (2nd floor) Thanks and I am looking forward to your reply. Edited March 15 by Frans
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 16 Staff Share Posted March 16 Based on your photos, especially this one, it looks like the pole is aimed towards both the ground floor and 2nd floor "openings".
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 16 Staff Share Posted March 16 Marking "X" As the pole is in close proximity to the home, I feel that a wind chime is the preferred choice. Although it may be argued that some FS Master may advice a conVEX ba gua mirror in lieu of the wind chime. = To each his/her own, here. At the house directly facing this pole: at X, can consider a six hollow rod wind chime. Sample of a "traditional" designed for Feng Shui brass six (6) hollow rod wind chime at X One might also consider such alternative "6 tubes" but make sure that they are HOLLOW ROD windchimes: The disadvantage is of this is that if one's bedroom is directly above it or placed at one's bedroom balcony, this type of wind chimes makes "hell of noise". Unlike the traditional Feng Shui windchime where only very strong winds will affect it. ++++++++++++++++++++++++ Marking "Y" - 2nd Floor Also have to "protect" Y. Can consider a conVEX Ba Gua mirror. Something similar to this is Okay:- If really cannot find a "Plain" conVEX mirror as shown above, then the alternative are: These with the conVex mirror surrounded by the Ba Gua Trigram are not compulsory. As these mirrors serve "dual purpose" .. conVEX mirror to deflect sha qi such as a street lamp + the Ba Gua Trigram is suppose to "scare" spirits. Thus this second portion is not necessary for this purpose. As one can see Ba Gua mirrors comes in various sizes. Do remember for concerns with Sha Qi (Poison arrows) e.g. lamp post etc... Select: 1. CONVEX 2. 13.5cm is acceptable. (16.5cm is STILL also okay). Want to select 20cm or 21.5cm? Mad or What?
