Office Desk & Seating Parallel to Door

Dear Master:
I have my own office in the company I work. However, the seating arrangement is such that my office desk and my chair are parallel to the door of my office. Unfortunately, I cannot change from this position due to space concerns. The door opens on to me sitting on the chair and working.The door is part of theglass wall next to it.
Could you please suggest me some feng shui cure or remedy to obstruct the chi from attacking me?
Also I am sitting diagonally or else I'll have to face the wall opposite. Please advice.
