Attached is the floor plan of a condo that I am looking to purchase. It is onthe 3rd floor of a 14 floor bldg. The terrace faces north.Condo is at the northwest corncer of the building. The terrace faces the court yard, with amanmade rock and water feature. There is another building (under construction) that will be builton the other side of the courtyard, about15-15 yards away. The kitchen sink window and dining arear window look out at another vacantlot, which will bebuiltbut has yet started construction.Once built that building will be about 10-15 yardsaway. The other two sides of the building face the streets.
The building has a swimming pool/ deck arear on the top floor and a garage is built under ground. The entrance of the garage is underneath the other adjacent unit, on the southwest corner of building. The entrance of the building is at the southeast corner.
I am metal monkey withakua number is 2. I am trying to determine facing and sitting position of this condo and whetherthe feng shui of thiscondo will be good for me.
Can you help?

These are some considerations:
1. For a condo unit; often an architect designs a block of flats (apartments) and then as an after thought; places the main entrance door according to how the various stacks are "glued" together.
2. For example, in some developments, the main door can even be as shown in the attachment. If so, the direction of the main door can change totally from your original layout plan. But the way the qi flows in is still from that Foyer, area.
3. Therefore, if one based on the concept of standing inside the main door and looking outwards, the "facing" direction of the apartment can differ depending on where the main entrance door is.
4. Living Habits in this unit
4.1. Often, one should consider one's living habits in the unit.
4.2. For example, some often slam shut their main door when not in use. And if so; this is one strong statement to say that the facing direction of the unit should not be, here (standing inside the main entrance door looking out of it).

In my opinion, if you are specifically focusing on the frontage of this unit; then most likely the facing direction is standing at marking in RED: E looking towards F.

Under this illustration, as mentioned earlier; the main entrance depends on how the architect connects all the stacks into one block.

An In-depth understanding of the Frontage of a home. Is it always the main door? Who are the Conservatives & the Modernist. What lead to the Conservatives use of the Main Door only?

1. Who are the Conservatives and the Modernists?

2. An in-depth understanding of why the Conservatives has misunderstood the knowledge passed down by the ancients.

For High Rise Compass Reading should be taken from the living room looking out of it. For eg. towards the living room windows or its balcony (if applicable)
