1. Please note that the photos you are about to see are just mock-up models of what the newly launched Kovan Regency's frontage looks like.
2. Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; let's hope that the actual yet to be built development does protect especially the pillar circled in RED that is holding up the gym (above).
3. If a vehicle or lorry were accidentally crash into this pillar.... let's hope it is not fatal.
4. Alternatively, when this development is completed; let's hope the two "sticks" or pillars holding it : circled in red and yellow are adequately protected by e.g. flower bays or ballards or buoys.
5. Furthermore, if we take this mock-up seriously, at the vehicle drop of point, just after the pillar (column) it is unsheltered. I dread for a family member or loved-ones to be drop-off during heavy rain. Look Ma! No shelter!
6. Let's hope they correct this design. As architects like geomancers must think and share this concept even if they don't stay there: " You stay there, WE DON"T".
