Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 28, 2013 Staff Share Posted January 28, 2013 A recent exercise on the ranking of the Five and Four bedroom types at La Fiesta condominium at SengkangSomehow, there is limited (facing) choices for Five and Four bedroom types in this development.And "unfortunately" these larger stacks/units face the direct afternoon sun (not much choice thou) unless one seriously considers downsize to 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms. Which may not be possible for those who want larger unit types.Thus, a ranking exercise was done specifically for 5 and 4 bedroom types, here. This development either faces N3, S3, E3 or W3. 2. From now to 2023, in general (other than the limited choice for 4 and 5 bedroom types); S3 facing flats have the double auspicious #8 stars at it's frontage (standing inside the living room looking outwards). 2.1. Thus from a Flying Star point of view; stacks e.g. 43, 48, 49, 52, 25, 28 & 30 for example are considered the better units. 2.2. As compared to N3 facing stacks such as stack 39 & 54 etc.. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why.
