Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 29, 2013 Staff Share Posted April 29, 2013 Waterway Terraces @Punggol / Punggol Walk (premium flats) is a unique HDB estate that uses the "six" sided Hexagon profile:5 of the sides is forms the outline while the "missing" six side opens towards "My waterway @Punggol".To be exact, this estate has TWO near complete Hexagons with the inner stacks facing the open space/children's playground, adult fitness area.Such designs were last seen in the past around the 1970's to 1980's.One advantage is that within just this estate, nearly all the flying star facing directions.Expect residents to have varying qi flow and thus varying luck to bad luck - depending on where your stack is locatedSuch a design had been experimented in ancient China. Where an entire clan had housed it's members in such type of courtyard.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 16, 2014 Staff Share Posted June 16, 2014 One of the ugliest and Feng Shui UN-friendly development: Waterway Terraces I and II - under construction.Qi don't get to flow around each block. And some may even mistaken each block for a JTC type of industrial complex.Overall, it sucks! Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 16, 2014 Staff Share Posted June 16, 2014 The "safer" designs are of the "Point-block". Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 21, 2015 Staff Share Posted April 21, 2015 Waterway Terraces Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans waterway-terraces.pdf Finally, one of the most unusual designs: HDB Waterway Terraces 1 @ punggol has just TOP. If I can recall, the last unusual or rather (unique) design was the Pinnale @ Duxton. This entire complex known as HDB Waterway Terraces seems to have exteriror smoothed curves. One of most "unusual" experience is when I visited a stack/unit in the morning. It seems the morning sun shines onto neighbouring walls giving that glare when one stands at the windows of just any of the rooms: living, bedrooms 1, 2 and master. I envisage that in the afternoon, the sun will again shine at another part of the block; thus further reflecting that "white" wall glare into the bedroom. If one or the entire family needs to wear thicker and thicker glasses ... erh.. blame it on staying, here! Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 26, 2023 Author Staff Share Posted June 26, 2023 BEWARE OF THIS AGE-OLD FENG SHUI SCAM No wonder, Feng Shui suffers from a bad reputation, today Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. Many Feng Shui Masters and their shops are FAKES! On Saturday, 14 March 2020, a WhatsApp from a past client P.S. Frankly, I was just being extremely polite. Actually if one got the hint, as the British always say just throw the "bloody" thing away! ASK! MUST I BUY FROM YOU?
