Tree House Condo is developed byCDL, a subsidiary ofHong Leong Group.
Tenure: 99-year Leasehold
Expected Completion: 2014
# of Floors: 24
# of Units: 429
Tree House is a 99-years leasehold condominium development located at 60 Chestnut Avenue, Singapore 679493 in District 23. Expected completion is in one or two months time.
From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view; it comprises a total of 4 towers. The towers are in a "point block" form. Which is consideredgood foroverall qi circulation.
Majority of the stacks face True North and True South (0 degrees and 180 degrees). A few stacks face either NE or SE facing.
One of the best stacks is stack 13. Although stack 13's kitchen is at NW; sometimes, a good Shapes and Forms can help to reduce this incidence (Fire at Heaven's gate).
Nowadays, it is harder to find developments that have their towers spaciously apart from one another. And this bodes well for good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui.
My only gripe with this developer: Check out The Livia and it's plaster or dry walls!

1. As mentioned, previously, Tree House condo consists of 4 blocks.
2. And in Singapore, we commonly associate each block as a "POINT-BLOCK". Very similar to the old HDB 5 room "point block" flats that were very popular during the mid-1970's that were scattered all over Singapore.
3. One good thing about such "Point-Block" flats are that they allow qi to circulate very well around a single Point-block. And these point blocks are spaced out and not connected or enclosed.
4. For example, see the attached illustration. Please refer to the area surrounded by RED outline.
5. I am referring to BLKS 584, 585, 586, 587, 588 & 589 which SUFFERS FROM POOR QI FLOW.
6. In theory, all units face outwards and all main doors face the inner "Oval" shape like court yard. There are no gaps as all units / stacks are joined together.
6.1. Thus, air flow or qi cannot efficiently flow into each of the living rooms and exit out EFFICIENTLY to the court yard area. Here, in the art of Feng Shui; this creates stagnant or close to dead qi.
6.2. The plants within the court yard also look unhealthy.
7. Contrast this type of block arrangement with the Point-Block. The Point-Block easily gets top bidding over these "experiment" gone wrong type of block design.

AS WE ENTER PERIOD 9 FLYING STAR FENG SHUI FROM 2024 TILL 2043

IS MY UNIT STILL LUCKY FROM 2024 ONWARDS?
OR CAN OR CANNOT BUY?

image.png.322619467450bea7b53a39edb3064682.png

Part 1: How is the luck of the Interior Feng Shui of this unit?
Part 2: External Feng Shui luck? + Overall score/luck.
Part 3: How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom?

PART 1

Depends on the Internal Layout & Sectors - How Lucky?

Period 9 is from 2024 till 2043.

Majority of Tree House condo units face N2 & S2 with NE1 (#17 & #18) & S1 (#7 & #8).

HEADACHE.png.1b4bd102ef22a47a7be66c730c440c3b.pngS2 [Less lucky under Period 9. As formerly double #8's at it's frontage had now become Past or Gone Luck!]

HEADACHE.png.1b4bd102ef22a47a7be66c730c440c3b.pngNE1 [Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.]

HEADACHE.png.1b4bd102ef22a47a7be66c730c440c3b.pngS1 [Unlucky under Period 8. In general more lucky in Period 9.  However this depends on where is the living room & external features of the unit.]

Also need to review/consider the individual Internal Layout Plan

Please note that has yet to take into consideration:
1. How suitable is the unit to the main breadwinner &
2. External Shapes and Forms of the unit
