Dear Cecil,
i am a big fan and have been looking up you site periodically for years.
Recently I have suffered some health issues and I am wondering if my kitchen color (changed about 14 months ago) may have something to do with this.
i am east group, kua # 3. My kitchen is in the west and southwest sector with dining room at north west. I have black granite counter tops, strong orange walls and pastel orange cabinets, while appliances are white. Prior to this, I had strong yellow walls and white cabinets.
Please can you offer any insights ? Thank you in advance.

In my opinion, it is always prudent to check the annual Flying Stars especially if intend to do a renovation.
As this year, #2 sickness star is located at SW. And just be careful also as #5 misfortune/sickness is at the center-point and often over-lap with most sectors of a home.
Try using the salt-water cure and place it at SW sector in the apartment.

This year's annual sickness star #2is at SW. And another concern is that #5 misfortune/sickness is at the centrepoint of the house. And this "overlaps" all sectors in a home.

Dear Cecil,
thank you for your quick answer ! I have a huge white fridge sitting at the SW corner (kitchen). I am considering to renovate this old kitchen to cherry cabinets(reddish brown color), white granite counter top, with either green or yellow walls.. within the next month or so. Since it is not in the SSE direction.
See image of my kitchen looking in from the dining room at NW sector.
Thank you !!

These are some considerations:
1. If in doubt always avoid Blue colour in the kitchen - as a rough rule-of-thumb.
2. Since the colour is not blue....it is better than Para 1. Thus in a kitchen environment; lets put it this way : in general: one will get less issues with the colours + wood material you mentioned. Or rather, less probability of getting it badly wrong with your colours chosen.
