Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 20, 2009 Staff Share Posted December 20, 2009 1. Many of the letter boxes in Singapore public housing i.e. Housing & Development Board Flats have letter boxes that have sealed openings to prevent outsiders from placing especially flyers into these letter boxes. 2. Only the postman is suppose to have the master key to unlock the back of all letter boxes to allow him to post letters into individual letter boxes. 3. During one of the nights, "caught" this lady (on camera) inserting fliers into letter boxes. She uses a ruler to try to push or force open the letter box lid. Here, I believe she is paid by someone to help insert their flyers. 4. How do you call this? Vandalism?? Or is she doing a decent job? 5. Look at how, some of these letter box had openings that were badly forced opened from the front....
