Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 5, 2013 Staff Share Posted November 5, 2013 The existing bamboo pole holders embedded into the external walls of many old HDB flats are danger as they collect water = mosquito breeding.However, these metallic protrusions can be considered as functional yet very ugly / unsightly.
